I am fascinated by the pain and patterns that run our lives.
I help ordinary people remember that they are extraordinary creators by decoding the messages their life wants them to know.
Together, we uncover meaning and purpose that is hidden in plain sight in the everyday details of your life .
You might feel that you are just an everyday person. And maybe you don’t feel that you are all that special.
Whether your daily playground is a coffee shop, your kitchen table, or the corporate boardroom, the thing that you cannot ignore is the feeling that something is missing in your life.
That feeling of restlessness is actually a calling.
Your life’s struggle and pain is a messenger here to help you remember your soul’s mission.
MY WAKE UP CALL CAME IN THE FORM OF ILLNESS.
Before illness got my attention, my life looked very ordinary from the outside.
I started my professional life in the corporate world, in the Human Resources Industry where I spent 12+ years building a successful career. Most of this time, was spent working for a global fortune 500 business consulting firm. I was a successful coach and advisor to senior management. I designed processes, developed and delivered training, counselled employees, managed ratings, promotions and rewards and was passionate about workplace wellness.
This time in my life allowed me to listen deeply to my clients. I learned about their dreams, their aspirations, their struggles and their stories. I realized there was a significant correlation to an individual’s feeling of “inner harmony” in their personal life and how engaged and productive they were in their professional life.
Overall my life was pretty good! I was your typical wife and mother of two young kids, trying to juggle a career that I was good at, with the rest of my busy life, endless to do lists, having good and bad days…until one day it all changed.
I am sure you know how normal it is to be on autopilot and caught up in your own world until something jolts you back to reality.
This is what happened to me when I got sick.
