“Pramilda is a rare combination of a straightforward personality, coupled with strong intuition and focused business sense. Her intuition is the magic ingredient. It’s very powerful and she knows how to use it. She senses the energetic presence of things.”

Pramilda is a mother, artist, life purpose coach, speaker and expressive arts therapist-in-training. She believes that each of us is living our own heroic journey to remember our power and purpose.

Her journey with the expressive arts started with poetry/writing and through her own healing journey expanded to include other modalities such as movement (5 Rhythms), visual arts, sound, ceremony and working with natured based approaches. She is currently exploring expression through voice and is excited to share the alchemical potential of giving voice to our stories into her work with clients.

Pramilda spent the first 12+ years of her professional career in Human Resources in the Technology & Business Consulting industry, focusing on performance management, leadership development, cultural change and employee engagement. Her time in corporate allowed her to develop an appreciation for supporting the whole human being. An unexpected illness and her journey to wellness resulted in a life and career change to Coaching. She has spent the last 12 years supporting individuals and groups to move with curiosity toward their pain and challenges so that they might discover their inner resources and access their unique gifts and wisdom.
